At the graduation exhibition, we implemented and showcased an interactive exhibit featuring an XR Safety Service App. This system allowed users to send an SOS signal, which could be viewed on other workers' HoloLens devices, displaying the screen of the person requesting assistance and enabling a 911 call.
Visitors experienced a scenario where they found themselves in a dangerous situation at a construction site, unable to move their body parts, such as hands or feet. They activated the SOS function using only eye-tracking technology and waited to be rescued.
Through this interactive exhibition, actual construction workers had the opportunity to experience the system. Their feedback emphasized that if such a device were implemented on-site, this feature would be indispensable.
Disposable water bottles we use daily contain invisible microplastics. In this exhibition, participants pour water and bring it to an LED sensor, which reveals the hidden microplastic particles. The exhibit conveys a powerful message: the plastics we use ultimately return to us, emphasizing the need to reduce plastic consumption for a sustainable future.
